The short week begins and it’s looking rather changeable for the school holidays across much of the country today.
The far south appears to be getting most of the sunshine which is the opposite to how the weather trend has been of late.It could be an inside day for more than two thirds of the nation, as some much needed rain or showers sweep across central and northern areas.
As the week progresses, the weather should improve from tomorrow with much of the country under sunny skies by Thursday.
Temperatures are expected to be cool as the week rolls by with daily highs just below par for April and overnight lows could be very cool as well, especially in the south.
