Saturday’s national forecast

> From the WeatherWatch archives

High pressure continues to take control of our weather.

The chunk of stable air will push across New Zealand this weekend, bringing us some dry and pleasant conditions.

For today, plenty of sunshine will be found all over the country.  There will be a few clouds landscaping the sky. Especially about the mid regions of the South Island.  But these clouds should do nothing in terms of producing precipitation.

Temperatures will respond nicely.  Look for temperatures end  up around 10 for the daytime highs in the deep south.

High should be in the low to mid teens for the rest of the country.
