Rinse, lather, repeat – Weather risks and the place to be on Friday

> From the WeatherWatch archives

Friday is looking good overall, but there is the small risk of a few showers here and there for different parts of the country.

The weather is looking fairly good for most of the country, with only  of the South Island in for a shower at times.

The eastern North Island is looking at mostly sunny weather, with the chance of a shower till midday – otherwise dry, while Northland, Canterbury and the West Coast are also facing the possibility of scattered showers at times.

The Place to be:

Southland & Otago It’s looking sunny and clear down south, with northeasterly breezes, and only light winds inland – with a high between 18-21 – though that’s after a chilly start to the day!
