Looking quite dry tomorrow for the North Island, while not showing very clearly there could be a light shower or two about western parts of the North Island in the morning then drying out in the afternoon. Dry conditions for eastern parts of the country and the usual showers for the West Coast, a few morning showers about Southland / Otago clear away.
An anticyclone over the upper South Island and North Island keeps conditions dry for those areas, about the lower South Island a westerly airflow moving around this high brings showers / rain activity to the West Coast of the South Island (especially South Westland). Eastern regions will benefit with warm afternoon temperatures on the cards.
