Dry regions have had a soaking this week and another burst of heavy rain is coming for parts of New Zealand, including the eastern North Island.
A low out of the Tasman Sea will again bring rain tonight across many parts of the country – although totals in the very north aren’t that great. This system will mostly pushing through central NZ to begin with.
In the days ahead more rain builds up along the eastern side of the North Island.
Check your local HOURY forecasts to make more sense of rainfall in your specific area – and of course www.RuralWeather.co.nz.

Really nz meteroligists cant even get 2 days forecast correctly.
Now you come up with amount of rain put your head outside will do same.
How about synoptic charts with trade winds so much better to forecast 3 days ahead with when you can see what is coming.
