High pressure is moving in across the country but this weekend heavy rain again returns to some western regions with totals upwards of 200mm possible.
As we’ve seen in recent months we do seem to be stuck in a pattern where dry regions (like Waikato and Manawatu and South Canterbury) are missing out on heavier rainfall – but again this weekend and early next week these regions have the chance of further rain.
