We’re looking at a bit of a change in our weather coming up for April – with more rainmaking systems on the way and a very autumnal feel to proceedings.
We’ve had a largely calm and dry start to the year, with high temperatures and the summer sun sticking around for a long time – and we get correspondence from people all around the country telling us just how warm and dry it’s been until now.
We wanted to know how many New Zealanders have been forced to use heating this year yet – and that was the question in our latest poll.
While the vast majority said no, that’s slightly lower than we would have expected, seeing as we’re only just now seeing frosty conditions in the interior of the country!
25% of respondents said they’d used heating this year – are you one of those? Let us know in our comments and tell us where you’re from – and check out this week’s poll which will be up tomorrow morning on the site!
