Well, the results of our latest poll are back – and they make good reading (and viewing) from a WeatherWatch.co.nz perspective!

We wanted to know what our readers think of our regular weather videos – we put a lot of time and effort into making sure that we cover all of our bases on the site, and the videos are always one of the more popular features.

We are always looking to improve on what we offer New Zealanders, from the detail and accuracy of our forecasts to the coverage of our news stories – and we’ve had encouraging results from our poll question – with 90% of those who responded saying that they are regular viewers of our videos!

Of the 10% who don’t, some are in areas or homes with limited internet access – something which has always been an issue in New Zealand, with our unusual terrain and population density.

– Our next weather video will be early next month, as our production team is taking a short (and well deserved!) break for autumn.
