A classic Autumn cold front is coming this weekend and is attached to a storm well south of New Zealand in the Southern Ocean.
Rainfall totals on the West Coast will be very high, over 200mm for the southern half of the region.
For those in the east rainfall totals aren’t so big – but again most places will see rain or showers over the coming weekend and start of next week.

so no rain much from cyclones this season no wonder its dry
