New Poll: Have you mowed your lawns fewer times this winter?

> From the WeatherWatch archives

One way to measure how wet it’s been lately is to ask those who have to mow lawns.

Lawns/grass should ideally be dry with firm soil below for the perfect cut – but with so much wet weather over the past few months some lawns are lying under large pools of water with the soil completely saturated.

If you mow lawns or grassy areas like sports fields, etc, have you found winter 2017 wetter than usual?
