Auckland & Northland
Mostly sunny with light winds and afternoon sea breezes. Easterly winds pushing through to the west coast later in the evening. Some high cloud about Northland.

Central North Island, Waikato & Bay Of Plenty

Mostly sunny with light winds tending east to northeast in the afternoon. Some evening cloud possible.
Highs: 21-23

Eastern North Island

Mostly sunny with light winds and afternoon easterly breezes.
Highs: 20-22

Western North Island

Mostly sunny with light winds and afternoon sea breezes.
Highs: 20-21

Wellington

Sunny with northerly breezes developing this morning.
Highs: 19-20

Nelson

Sunny with light winds and afternoon northerly breezes.
Highs: 20-21

Marlborough

Sunny with light winds and afternoon northerlies. Winds may tend easterly after midday near the coast.
Highs: 21-24

Canterbury

Sunny with light winds, afternoon easterly breezes. There may be some low cloud or a fog patch overnight about the Canterbury Plains.
Highs: 20-22

West Coast

Mostly sunny with light winds, afternoon west to southwest breezes. Some morning cloud about Fiordland breaks away.

Coastal Otago

Sunny with a few clouds about, southwest breezes develop early this morning then ease away in the evening.
High: 19

Central Otago

Mostly sunny with light winds and afternoon southwesterlies.
Highs: 24-26

Southland

Morning cloud with the chance of a clearing shower then becoming mostly sunny in the afternoon, westerlies tend southwest after midday then die out in the evening.
