InfoGraphic: The Big Picture for Thursday

> From the WeatherWatch archives

A ridge of high pressure extends out from an anticyclone in the Tasman Sea covering most of New Zealand on Thursday, southeasterlies about the far north.

Another mainly settled day on Thursday, cold to start with mostly sunny weather on the way. Just watch for a few showers about eastern Northland and Coromandel, also southern Fiordland at the other end of the country.
