Low pressure hangs around New Zealand on Saturday bringing mainly unsettled weather. Unsettled conditions gradually moving away on Sunday leading to a settled and sunny Monday for most.
Showers affect all regions on Saturday, some may be heavy with an isolated heavy fall about some inland areas, perhaps even a thunderstorm or two about the North Island and inland eastern South Island. Winds are light coming in from the northerly quarter.
Showers for most North Island regions on Sunday but they will ease and finally clear later in the day leading to a mainly dry and sunny on Monday. For the South Island conditions are sunny in the east while a few showers continue in the west.
