Northland, Auckland, Waikato & Bay Of Plenty
Mostly sunny, some cloud at times in the east Coromandel northwards. Morning fog for inland Bay Of Plenty and Waikato then breaking away. Light winds.
Highs: 20-21

Western North Island (including Central North Island)
Morning low cloud or fog then breaking to sunny spells, the odd light shower south of about Palmerston North. Light winds.
Highs: 15-20

Eastern North Island

Mostly sunny with some cloud at times, morning fog possible. Light winds.
Highs: 19-21

Wellington

A mix of sun and cloud, northerly winds.
Highs: 19-20

Marlborough & Nelson

Sunny with light winds.
Highs: 19-21

Canterbury

Any early mist or fog clears then sunny, light winds.
Highs: 17-21

West Coast

A mix of sun and cloud, some morning fog for inland Buller breaks away. Light winds.
Highs: 17-20

Southland & Otago
Mostly sunny with a touch of high cloud, there may be some morning lower level cloud about Southland but this breaks away. Light winds.
