Northland, Auckland, Waikato & Bay Of Plenty
Mostly sunny with light winds, sea breezes possible in the afternoon although they will be weak due to the time of year. More then likely a very pleasant day in store. A touch of high cloud possible.
Highs: 18-20

Western North Island (including Central North Island)
Mostly sunny with some high cloud, areas of mid level cloud brushing Taranaki at times. Light winds tending westerly in the afternoon.
Highs: 16-19

Eastern North Island
Mostly sunny with some high cloud possible, a cloudy start for Gisborne however then breaking away in the afternoon. Light winds at first then afternoon east to northeast winds.
Highs: 15-17

Wellington
Sunny areas and some high cloud, light northerly winds.
High: 16

Marlborough & Nelson
Sunny areas and some high cloud for Marlborough, Nelson may see areas of mid level cloud more frequently. Light northerlies.
Highs: 16-18

Canterbury
Sunny areas and some high cloud, a chance of morning and night fog or mist patches. Afternoon east to northeasterly winds.
Highs: 15-16

West Coast
Morning cloud breaks away to a mostly sunny afternoon, light winds.
Highs: 15-18

Southland & Otago
Sunny weather, could be a few mist or fog patches morning and night. Light winds, afternoon northeast winds about coastal Otago.
Highs: 16-18
