Bay Of Plenty

Sunny spells with light humid northerlies, chance of a shower late
afternoon / evening otherwise dry.

Waikato

Periods of cloud and a few sunny spells after morning fog burns away, humid northwesterlies.

Central North Island

Early cloud breaks to sunny spells, light north to northwesterly winds.
Chance of an isolated shower late afternoon / evening otherwise dry.

Eastern North Island

Sunny with light northeasterlies, some late high cloud possible.
Highs: 24-26

Western North Island

Morning cloud breaks to sunny spells, northwesterly winds. About Taranaki
especially in the north skies may remain mostly cloudy all day.

Periods of cloud and the odd sunny spell with northwesterly winds.

Mostly sunny in the morning then cloud increases from afternoon, northerly
winds.

Marlborough

Mostly sunny with light winds in the morning then northwesterlies picking
up a little by midday.

Canterbury

Mostly sunny with light northeasterlies, high cloud later in the day.
Further inland about the foothills winds tend north to northwest.

West Coast

Sunny areas and increasing cloud with northeasterly winds, some rain moves
into South Westland in the evening then spreads north overnight.

Coastal Otago

Periods of cloud with the odd shower afternoon / evening. Light southerlies
tend northeast in the afternoon.
High: 19

Central Otago

Sunny areas and some high cloud with light winds, isolated showers possible
in the afternoon mainly out east then in the evening areas of rain move in from
the west.
Highs: 23-25

Southland

Morning sunny spells, isolated showers possible from afternoon mainly
inland. Light winds tend southerly.
High: 20
