Fair for most – Situation & outlook for Friday

> From the WeatherWatch archives

On Friday we are looking at something of a repeat performance, with a ridge over the country and an east to northeasterly airflow for most regions.

The weather is looking fairly good for most of the country, with only Northland, Canterbury and perhaps the West Coast of the South Island in for a shower at times.

The eastern North Island is looking at mostly sunny weather, with the chance of a shower till midday – otherwise dry.

Further north, a few showers may affect the Coromandel then afternoon and evening about Northland and northern parts of Auckland.
