It’s a fairly mild day in many places today as northerly quarter winds ramp up ahead of what will be a windy Easter Monday. In fact many regions are warmer than average.

Easter Sunday itself will see winds increasing more and more across the day.

By the end of today and overnight expect winds to continue to increase with gales in exposed places.
