I reckon that Upper Hutt should be included on this list as it is a city about the population size of Invercargill.
I find that Upper Hutt temperatures are much different to Wellington or Lower Hutt’s temperatures as it is in a valley of it’s own and aften escapes the southerly like what Wellington and Lower Hutt gets.
