That sou’west change has definitely brought an element of comfort back into our daily temperatures.  Not quite so stifling today – in fact I managed to go for a run this afternoon and didn’t feel like I was dying 3 minutes into it!!  The nights are definitely cooler and the days are what I would describe as perfect – not too hot and a nice breeze to cool you down.  Of course that’s just my opinion – you might hate the cooler weather and be praying for it to be 30!
