A mild to warm day for most of New Zealand and quite windy in a few regions too.
Rain continued to fall in Fiordland today, with some heavy falls, and tonight that rain is likely to spread further north along the coast and also east over the divide, into Otago and Southland at times.
Tomorrow afternoon that rain should creep into the southwest of the North Island, potentially affecting the cricket in Wellington, if it’s to progress any further, as the current score indicates the Black Caps are battling.
The high today was 25 in Alexandra with Manapouri scoring the nationwide low of 15.
