Daily Debrief

WeatherWatch.co.nz

> From the WeatherWatch archives

Our apologies – due to a technical problem we can’t bring you today’s national highs.   We’re working on creating a better layout to make finding your town’s high even easier.

Earlier today Hawkes Bay reached 25, with plenty of 18s and 19s around Northland, Coromandel, Auckland and Bay of Plenty.  Cooler conditions over the lower North Island and all of the South Island with most places in the mid to lower teens.

We hope to have the Daily Debrief back up and running again tomorrow.

Cheers

Napier was apparently 26C and Invercargill was only 12C for today’s max and minimum temperatures.
It was 20.2C here at West Melton around midnight but that dropped away to 8.5C early this morning as the front moved over with only a maximum of 14.1C recorded in bright sunshine in a rather cool NE breeze this afternoon.

Thanks John – appreciate your comments.  And we welcome anyone with their own weather station to post their daily readings in our Daily Debriefs.  We appreciate that the readings we post are mostly taken from airports and don’t truly represent the air temperature you might be feeling at your place!
