The gods don’t appear to be smiling on the New Zealand cricket team, as today appears to be a dry and windy day for the 4th day of the final test against the Indians.
The Black Caps have their backs to the wall with the Indians more than 500 runs ahead, with 5 second innings wickets remaining.
Play is expected to get underway at 11am but the northerly is still quite strong. The Indian batsmen may look to get quick runs before declaring.
There could be some light at the end of the tunnel for the homeside though, as tomorrow morning is looking a little damp before the wind returns tomorrow afternoon and the conditions improve overhead.
