High-level talks between world leaders continued yesterday in Auckland as the city hosts the 40th anniversary of the Pacific Islands Forum.
The talking points of the day were addresses by United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon and European Commission President Juan Manuel Barosso.
Both addressed the issue of climate change in the region.
Secretary Ban also met with foreign minister Murray McCully and Labour leader Phil Goff.
