Chilly for the lower half – #WeatherRisks and your Main Centre outlook on Wednesday

> From the WeatherWatch archives

While no serious weather risks are in the pipeline on Wednesday, it will be a chilly start for many – from Southland right up to Wellington and Wairarapa – with temperatures staying in the low to mid teens for the most part through the day – not a very summery midweek!

Main Centres

Auckland

Mostly sunny and fairly warm in Auckland – southwest breezes and a high around 23C in the afternoon.

Wellington

Cloudy and cool in the capital, with northwesterlies turning to the south and low temperatures mostly – expect a high in the late teens though.

Christchurch

Chilly, cloudy and showery in Christchurch, with light southerlies and a high of just 15C – no summer for you!
