America’s Cup: Good racing conditions forecast for tomorrow

> From the WeatherWatch archives

After today’s frustrating weather delay with Team New Zealand on match point in the America’s Cup, the good news is more moderate breezes are forecast for San Francisco Bay tomorrow.

A breeze of around 13-17 knots is expected for tomorrow’s racing, which should allow organisers to get in two races if required.

The Bay will be at ebb tide during the races, but the tide strength is diminishing which will mean the wind limits will not be as restrictive as they have been for the past two race days.

Team NZ lead the first to nine series 8-1.
