A lot of cloud sits over the country on Thursday, as the dividing line between our new windy westerlies and the old humid northeasterlies sits very clearly on the satellite imagery.
The humid weather is being blown away by this new weather system, which appears to be settling in for the medium term future, bringing rain in the west and warmth in the east.
