WeatherWatch.co.nz now has over 1500 forecast locations and many in the South Island are showing snow symbols, or at least have been (as Meteorologists at Wunderground are still trying to work out if it will rain, snow, or dry out – just like we’re trying to work out for some areas).
The changing wind flow makes for a tricky forecast to lock in, so if you live in the middle of the mountains, amongst the hills, out on the plains or by the coast Click Here to find out if snow is in the forecast, the % of precipitation (snow & rain) and 10 days of overnight lows and daytime highs (if you can call some of them highs).
We love answering your questions, but can’t possibly answer if it will snow at your place – hopefully with over 1500 forecast locations centres we now have you covered. It also covers ski fields and a few of the alpine passes.
Also check out our new detailed 5pm and 7am InfoGraphics detailing tomorrow’s weather and your three day weather highlights – what might be standing out, including snow risk areas and more info.
