Northland, Auckland, Waikato & Bay Of Plenty

Mostly sunny weather, cloud a little more frequent during the afternoon. A chance of low cloud or fog morning and night about inland areas. Light winds.
Highs: 16-18

Western North Island (including Central North Island)

A mainly sunny day, with a chance of low cloud or fog morning and night for inland areas. Light winds.
Highs: 15-17

Eastern North Island

Chance of an early light shower, then cloud breaks to a mostly sunny afternoon. Light southwesterly winds.
Highs: 14-16

Wellington

Mostly sunny with light winds tending northerly from afternoon.
High: 14

Marlborough & Nelson

Sunny with light winds.
Highs: 14-16

Canterbury

Sunny after any morning cloud clears with light winds, then afternoon east to northeasterly breezes.
Highs: 13-14

West Coast

Some morning sun then becoming mostly cloudy by midday, north to northwesterly winds.
Highs: 13-14

Southland & Otago

Mainly sunny weather, some cloud about Southland, especially near the coast. Light winds.
