Stormy weather will continue in the eastern North Island today with severe gales slowly easing back across the day and rain also gradually tapering back later. Windy weather in other regions will ease today with lighter winds on Thursday.
Wet weather in the eastern North Island eases further on Thursday with sunny spells developing across Friday.
For many other places not too much is going on – but foggy areas may remain where it’s calmest.
