The weekend sees more dry weather lingering with still plenty of sunny spells – but the high is slipping away to our east.
By the end of Sunday a brisk northerly quarter flow will cross the country with rain on the West Coast setting in further and rain spreading south over the North Island – perhaps not reaching many until Monday.
The start of next week sees some rain around both islands from a couple of lows.
We also take a quick look one week from now at the start of September – a heads up: It looks a bit messy.
