A number of large highs and lows are moving around New Zealand and the weather pattern is fairly messy, which creates a real variety of weather. By that we mean most regions gets wind flows from a number of directions which means rainfall tends to be a bit more evenly spread across the country and not all piling up in one district.
A low on Thursday and Friday brings a slightly cooler change to the country, but a low north east of NZ over the weekend drifts south.
Either way there’s plenty of rain clouds around over the next few days, but not all regions will get rain with some only getting a few spits or showers.
