Heavy showers are easing for most who had them but some showers will linger around the North Island in particular this weekend. Despite high pressure rolling in, it does have a “puncture” – by that we mean a small area of lower pressure still stuck around northern NZ that may see some showers lingering longer.
Frosts expand again over Saturday and Sunday although aren’t as widespread as they could be.
A cooler/colder southerly heads northwards next week, before north to north-west winds likely return as we go through later next week.
We have your 7 day rain forecast too.
