The next few days across New Zealand see a real variety in weather conditions – with hot nor’westers kicking in for some in the east of the North Island (and upper South Island) while colder southerlies arrive in the South Island and slowly track northwards.
High pressure dominates the North Island (although it’s not centered over the top) and in the South Island rain and downpours linger along the West Coast but the east has a mix of cloud, drizzle, dry and warm and cold.
The weekend looks equally as unsettled – perhaps more so for the North Island.
