Weather Video: Thunder turns to gales

Thunderstorms greeted many across northern New Zealand on Wednesday but they are quickly being blown out to sea by an incoming west to south west blast.
The windy weather arrives nationwide later Wednesday and peaks over Thursday, easing into Friday evening.
