Philip Duncan and NZHerald.co.nz bring you the latest on the rough weather building across the country.
The video is longer than usual – around 7 minutes – and isn’t really the best video to put into text for those of you who can’t access high speed internet to view.
The basic message is that winds will be strong from the westerly quarter over the next 7 days at least – on top of that we have huge swells moving towards the west coast of NZ (the entire west coast – see our news story on our homepage for full details).
