Weather from the north – Your Main Centre outlook on Monday

> From the WeatherWatch archives

Northeast and northerly winds will bring wet weather to a few parts of the country on Monday, as a new week starts mostly fine for New Zealand.

Northland, Auckland and the Coromandel look like seeing rain or showers during the day, while in the South Island, the West Coast looks wet too.

Main Centres

Auckland

Cloudy, drizzly and warm in Auckland, with breezy notheasterlies at times not really doing enough to lower the temperature – as another day in the mid 20s awaits.

Wellington

Mostly fine in the capital, with northerly winds and a high in the early 20s – good day to get the washing out!

Christchurch

Sunny and warm in Christchurch, with a bit of high cloud mixed with some north to northeast winds – and a high in the mid 20s.
