Warmer week ahead – Monday’s Weather Video

> From the WeatherWatch archives

Some parts of New Zealand will be over 20 degrees warmer at night this week as a strong westerly wind flow crosses the country.

In fact last week felt like mid-winter, this week may feel more like early spring with warmer, sunnier, weather for many places.

However from Thursday to Saturday a burst of rain and wind will head northwards – easing back to WSW winds by Sunday again.
