A series of lows and highs will affect New Zealand this long weekend – and across next week too.
Australia’s south east (from Adelaide to Sydney and down to Hobart) will also be affected by the incoming lows and highs, with a wintry southerly kicking in on Easter Sunday and into Monday too.
A large low next week from the Tasman Sea will bring mild but cloudy and sometimes wet and windy weather to NZ – especially western regions rain-wise.
The tropics are fairly quiet at the moment with large dry areas and no serious storms for now.
