The weather pattern around New Zealand isn’t very intense this week, perfect timing for Fieldays in Waikato with mostly settled weather although a few showery spells are likely (later Wednesday and 50/50 for Saturday for an isolated shower).
Otherwise it’s fairly dry and certainly mild by day for Tuesday and Wednesday at least.
Around the country we see some heavy rain for the West Coast but also the opposite side of the country, up around Gisborne and East Cape as a low tracks by mid to late week there.
A southerly flow enhances across the country on Sunday ahead of high pressure from the west.
