Another wintry change is on the way for New Zealand with it starting in Southland later today and not peaking in northern NZ until Friday.
While the cold front moves over the country tonight and Wednesday morning the air will gradually get colder until the end of the week. Conditions start to ease at the weekend.
Not everyone is impacted by severe weather, but everyone gets a temperature drop this week – following a mild day today for many (and mild night tonight, especially in the north).
