Both NZ and Australia have colder airflows moving in over the coming week but it’s NZ that is most exposed to a wintry change later on Sunday and for the start of next week.
This is a developing situation so it’s more am early heads up about wintry weather. In the north of NZ a windy, wet and milder set up is forecast later this weekend and early next week.
Australia has some rain through the desert interior (around Alice Springs) this week, with Thursday several degrees below normal there as a result of the set up.
