We’re monitoring sub-tropical winds, warm nor’wester, high pressure and low pressure as we move towards Christmas Day.
The forecast for NZ is still not locked in but it’s fairly safe to say that rain from some weak low pressure will brush the West Coast before, potentially, weakly crossing central NZ on Christmas Day itself bringing warmth, cloud, showers, drizzle and dry areas.
We have no video on Friday – and due to the messiness of the forecast we’ll do a special Christmas Eve Video update this Sunday.
