VIDEO: NZ – Northern low pressure vs southern high pressure!

> From the WeatherWatch archives

A low pressure zone around northern NZ will battle it out with a powerful high pressure zone over the South Island over the coming days, creating for windy easterlies (maybe gale force in exposed areas) and some eastern rain.

The high will also bring frosts back in tonight to the South Island – and again tomorrow night.

We track the set up through to the end of this coming weekend.
