Both NZ and Australia have a surge of colder weather coming – but to be honest, for this time of year, it’s not too bad.
Australia perhaps has more extreme conditions developing Sunday/Monday, while NZ has a brief cold change on Friday.
As we head into Sunday, Monday and Tuesday in the NZ area people can expect calming high pressure in parts of the North Island while from Cook Strait southwards the nor’westers return. West Coast rain returns on Sunday too and lingers through next week.
