This week kicks off with a spring-like cold front, but ends with summer-like winds for many places. The up and down pattern of December carries on but we are, generally speaking, seeing larger dry areas developing and rain bands becoming more limited.
The South Island, in particular West Coast, is most exposed to wet weather coming up.
We have the forecast for the week ahead, the upcoming weekend and your 7 Day Rainfall Map to make sense of it all.
*Programming Notes:
– We have another special Cyclone Jasper video update out today, Monday
– Our next 7 Day Pacific Islands forecast is out on Tuesday
– We’ll have another special Cyclone Jasper video out on Tuesday too (on top of our usual NZ video).
