We have our monthly climate update and as we take a look at September we can see an ‘air pressure sandwich’ forming.
What does that mean? It basically means that (for weeks) we have a belt of high pressure running to our north and a belt of low pressure to our south.
The “filling” of this air pressure ‘sandwich’ becomes the windy westerlies – which look set to dominate New Zealand for the first two to three weeks of September.
Also – check out the maps used in our video by reading the TEXT/NEWS version here.
We have the latest forecast for NZ…
