A number of cold fronts attached to stormy systems south of NZ will disrupt our weather pattern for at least the next week ahead.

This means heavy West Coast rain, heavy alpine snow and gales at times.

Maybe I am just noticing it , but are the red and blue lines so close , as they have been with the last few storms?
