VIDEO: Low pressure moves in Thu – Sat with some wet weather

> From the WeatherWatch archives

A new low is moving in – but it’s fairly weak and shouldn’t cause much in the way of severe weather risks. There will be some heavy spots of rain, but it’s not overly widespread.

Cooler air moves into the South Island and that’s ahead of high pressure, which will tilt the airflow to a milder and windier westerly for southern NZ on Sunday, and then turns more south-west for the country on Monday next week.

We have your NZ forecast through to Tuesday next week.
