VIDEO: High pressure Wednesday gives way to cold front Thu/Fri

High pressure is coming in for Wednesday, easing winds and showers and bringing settled weather for most of New Zealand.

It’s short lived though, with windier westerlies on Thursday ahead of a cold front moving up the South Island – and then up the North Island on Friday.

But the good news is that NZ is done with the high pressure – the next one rolls in this weekend and helps kick off the School Holidays with better weather.
